1. Services Provided

2. Payment Terms
Payment for our gardening services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Invoices will be provided detailing the services rendered and the corresponding costs.
2.1 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month on outstanding balances. Continuous non-payment may result in the suspension of services until the account is settled.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel scheduled services with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost.
3.1 Rescheduling
We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date, rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Liability
Gardening Services Kenton is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Clients are responsible for informing us of any known issues or concerns regarding their property prior to service.
5. Warranty
We guarantee our services for a period of 30 days post-completion. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work within this period, please contact us to arrange a revision or corrective action.
6. Changes to Terms
Gardening Services Kenton reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or other agreed-upon communication channels. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenton. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenton.
7.1 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. This approach aims to resolve conflicts amicably and efficiently.

8.1 Access to Property

9. Environmental Considerations

9.1 Waste Disposal
Proper disposal of garden waste is part of our service. However, clients may request specific disposal methods or have certain materials recycled or composted according to local regulations.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and materials created by Gardening Services Kenton remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal use only.
11. Privacy Policy
